In the hotel basement we wanted to give prominence to the old structure of the early twentieth century enhancing the vaults in solid bricks and the stone walls;  transforming it in a wine cellar with peculiar preference to regional labels.

Evening parties, during which wine connoisseurs could taste an excellent bottle with its matching dish, are not missing.
